Well first; the place where you cook needs to be certified by your local health Dep. Then if your are trying to sell bake goods on the side of the road or anywhere in public you have to get a business license, then a road side vendors license. This way they know where you are vending. It all depends on county to county. The state of Utah will give you a business license, but counties give vending licenses. I would go to Utah.gov and select your county, then downloads. You should be able to view documents for the application.
