I am planning to start a home based sauce business. these are fresh made . No preservatives . I want to find out the cheapest way to preserve .

If you want to use stand up pouches look for ones that are “gussetted”. They will stand up because the sides expand. I don’t know the process of preserving the sauce in the packages, I would google for types of processing. Hope you do well in your business venture! :o)
