Question by GWCA: What makes Delaware and Nevada attractive incorporation states for many businesses?
I became US citizen recently. So I am thinking about opening online business(export to japan).
Now I have question that What makes Delaware and Nevada attractive incorporation states for many businesses?
Let me know the advantages and disadvantages about each states.
and please advice me which is better in my case!

The rules on corporations are designed so one can hide the names of company owners and officers on official state records. So if you want to hide assets, those are the states to start in. The Nevada fees are low also.
