I want to start an online business and want to use a shipping company that can do a deal with me. Instead of charging me per shipment to charge me per month or something. does this exist?

Hi,
No shipping co will charge a flat monthly rate, just too many intangibles to do that. I usually use priority mail and print shipping from computer & the carrier will pick it up the next day.
