Question by Eric W: Who needs a Florida occupational license?
Im starting a online business in Florida. I will be selling products over the internet and it’s a home based business. Most items will be drop shipped, with some going out via UPS. Does this sort of business require a State of Florida occupational license? I know i need a city and county, but do I need a state?

I operate out of Orlando; I have one. At first I didn’t have one, but once my income started to increase, and with 10 websites I figured now’s the time.
When first starting out if your income from your site is less than $ 600/month…wait. Once you go over that threshold, that’s when you need to get the license.
