Question by DH: Do I have to report Internet Tax if they buy from another state?
I have a home base business/web site. I am going to get my Tax ID and I was wondering if I have to reoprt taxes on the items people buy from my webite if they do not live in my state of TX?

Not yet. The states are trying to change that.
