Q&A: If I put a picture of myself on my website will businesses discriminate because I am african-american?

Question by Hoping he will bless me with #1: If I put a picture of myself on my website will businesses discriminate because I am african-american?
I am trying to restart my home-based business and would like to put a professional picture of myself on my website. I have a couple of clients already, but I got them through advertising on Craigslist. I have a full-time job but work part-time as an independent contractor through my home-based business. I provide Clerical (Administrative/Secretarial) services and I market small to large businesses in my area. I think a picture is a good idea to show people who they are working with and to let people know that I am serious about my business, however, I could also see people discriminating and not giving me a chance based on the color of my skin.

Do you feel people would discriminate because I am african-american? If you were a business and you saw my ad on the internet or in the paper and you decided to view my website, would you refrain from using my services solely based on the color my skin? Serious and honest answers, please.
