Question by MonroeGirl: I am wanting to sell some songs I have written, any ideas where to start?
I am just new to the “song writing business”, I have been writing for a few years but have never had the nerve to sell any of my songs! I found a website tonight called “Taxi” but the membership is around $ 200. I am very weary about signing up for something online especially for that amount! Does anyone know how I can start up, maybe from personal experience/success?

Personally, I would find a band or artist who is talented. Write for them for a while and then find someone who likes it and is interested. Move up the usual corporate ladder.
