I’m interested in working at home as a medical biller. But I dont know where to start. I want to know if they make good money and if real doctors will be able to hire me. Do I cold-call them? Or what? Help!

I have a friend who does this and she was taught by someone already in the business. She never did the degree and never had to cold call anyone. I have heard though that if you are starting from scratch that you might have to do that to build your business.
