Question by Khristophoros the Wise: What type of blank dvds do I need to buy for maximum compatibility of dvd players?
There are a lot of blank dvd types out there and I am confused as to which kind to buy. I know there is dvd +r, -r, +rw, -rw, dvd ram, and so on. I am opening a home based business in which I would need the kind that would play in home dvd players.

I’ve had the greatest success with DVD+R computer burnt and played in home players.
Much of the success depends more on the player than the media. It doesn’t seem that any type can always be played on 100% of the players, especially older ones.
