Q&A: How do I regulate my sleep?

Question by pam_chick1: How do I regulate my sleep?
For the last 6 or 8 months I have been going to bed like around 2 or 3 in the morning and i wake up from 11 or 12 in noon, sometimes even 1:00 pm. I really hate this!
I have a home base business and it requares for me to wake up early at 7 in the morning But no matter how much I try to sleep early there is no way I fall sleep.
How do I regulate my sleep?
I do not want to take any kind of pills because i’m a nursing mom…

If you can force yourself to rise at 7:00 for two weeks, every day including weekends, no matter what, you will be able to fall asleep early enough to get enough sleep by the end of that time.

Those two weeks will be hellish, but at the end, your internal clock will be reset–possibly even sooner.

Hours like yours are common for young people and may be natural, but the business world doesn’t acknowledge that, does it?
