Question by Nick: Best place to register an online business?
I am starting an online business and am wondering where is the bast place to register my business. I live in Berkeley, CA which seems to have too many rules and taxes that I think it would be beet to register some place else.
On a related note, if I’m using a fictitious business name do I still need to run newspaper ads despite the fact I’m entirely online? No one seems to be sure.
