Question by Axiom: Do I HAVE to register my online business?
I have started an online computer business. It’s purely online, I build gaming computers and then sell to clients. Is it illegal to do so when its not a registered business? I have a proper Domain name, Return policy and terms and conditions etc, I did a proper job(in my opinion) but it’s not registered as an actual CC or PTY. Will I run into trouble doing this?

You might depending on where you live. You might not need a business license but you do will almost certainly need a sales tax license and you need to begin collecting sales tax and sending it in to the state. If they audit your books you will be required to send in what you could have collected even thought you didn’t.
