I want to start an online consignment shop located in Australia. Do I need to have a business name and do I need to pay for GST?

there is a lot of debate about that; suggestion.;;;;;;;;since Forrester
research [in Aus] says fewer then 4% of all online only biz’s earn a profit,
I suggest not getting any license……..
after you are pocketing $ 5,000 Aus per mo, then offer to get a license
but for your benefit, the first months leading to this net profit limit can
be considered as RESEARCH and Development
