Question by yaynoob: Do you have to register a business license for an online business in the city you do business in?
If you already have a business license for an online business registered in one city, but all of the business comes from another city in the same state, do you have to register a business license in the other city instead?

But If I wanted to have an actual address in the other city instead of the one I live in, would it have to be registered in the other city then?

your actual business location is in one city? is that where you ship merchandise, or provide services etc? as long as you don’t actually have a physical presence in the other city I would think the one license would be alright
