Question by Black J: Do I need to register my Online Business?
I have had an online business for a while already. It has been running successfully for more than a year already. I have my own website, etc.
In these days, anyone can just put up an eBay account and sell hundreds of items without a business license. Anyone can be doing hundreds of dollars a day doing something like this.
When does it come to a point that a business license is then required? What happens if you dont?

ALL business’s are required to be registered. If you continue to do business and you have not registered it properly with the tax dept etc. You could be charged with tax evasion, and other things.

A business that is licenced shows the customers that you have reputable and legal co. and they are more likely to do business with you.
