Question by Black J: Do I need to register my Online Business that grosses more than k a month?
I have had an online business for a while already. It has been running successfully for more than a year already. I have my own website, etc.
In these days, anyone can just put up an eBay account and sell hundreds of items without a business license. Anyone can be doing hundreds of dollars a day doing something like this.
When does it come to a point that a business license is then required? What happens if you dont?

nothing will happen if u don’t get caught. once u get caught, u’ll get a small fine from the city and a big fine from the IRS. Possible jail time too.
