Question by : What type of business entity should I form for an online business that I want to start?
I live in California and Im trying to start a new online business. I have chosen a name and I would like to protect it. My only concern is that I do not want someone to steal the name of the business in the future, so what type of business entity should I form? do I even need one? I also want to avoid too much overhead with taxes and fees if possible.
