Question by Mary: Do I charge a sales tax on my internet home based business just for the state I am in?
If customers in the state I live in order through my online business do I charge them a state sales tax and a municipality tax for the city I am working in but not for customers that order out of state.
My business is home based and I don’t have employees. I got my sales tax license the other day.
