I am trying to start an online business in nevada. I do not want to get double tax and I want as little liablity as possible. Should I create a sole pre or S-corp or LLC. And why?

Any of those will have the almost exact same tax effects. I’d go with the LLC just because it is easier than the incorporation and still provides protection.
