What licens do I need to start an online business.. Everything I need and don’t tell me I don’t need one because everyone has to pay taxes on profit and do I only need a tax I’d and a certificate of resale?

You dont need the license…
You need a FEIN ( federal employer ID number). That number you use to file your business tax returns..
You only need a sales tax number if you are buying within your own state for resale….
