Question by Sherry: Anyone have their own home based business?
I am trying to decide if this would be something for me, but I have been unable to locate a legitimate home based business. I had some medical transcription classes in college. I would like to earn a little extra cash, but it seems most just want you to put out money. What kind of business do you have and how much did it cost to start?

I work in the health and wellness industry – sales –
best advice is to find something “you” love and there is a need for (health and wellness is a good one because people want to be healthy, and look youthful) but the key to any success is passion – so if you don’t enjoy it, or the products you will not thrive. Also having a little support – (family, spouse, friends) gets you out there – I invested personally $ 230 but it was for my self – not the business – under $ 100 for that – Also if you find what you do has other people doing it near you – break outside the box – be unique.
Nothing is free so whatever you do know that –
and ask questions speak to people making it, don’t just take actors words for it in print or tv ads.
