Question by Salah: How do I increase customer confidence in my online business?
I run an online business but do not have an 800 number for the time being. I am obviously legit and everything but from time to time i get emails from potential customers who are not sure if i am just another scam site or if I’m real so end up not doing business with me. Is there any way I can add things to my site to verify i am a real business .

You could join the Better Business Bureau and then post this fact on your website.
