Question by : How do you start a Canadian-American online business?
My friend lives in Canada, I live in the U.S. (Pennsylvania). We are starting an online publishing company. He will keep whatever money he makes, and I will keep whatever money I make, but we aren’t sure if we need to pick a country to establish the country in or if it doesn’t matter. If we do, which country would benefit us more from being established in it? Any other Canadian-American or online business resources would be appreciated.
