Question by Cody B: If I wanted to start a home-based business making tortellini what rules and regulations would i need to know?
My grandmother used to make the best tortellini’s and before she passed she gave me her recipe. I would like to start a business making these in my home, but before i do that i need to know where to start. What if any special certificates are required, any special equipment that would be considered “germ resistant” that i may need, or anything else that i may be overlooking.
