Question by Mrs.Melanie: Deduct Dining ROom or 1 bathroom SF for home based business?
I have a home base business. I currently deduct the SF for my office but I’m wondering if I can deduct the SF of my dining room. I have to use that when revieing large plans. Also, can I deduct SF of bathroom right by my office/

Your dining room and bathroom won’t pass BOTH tests. Regularly and Exclusively for business use.
