Question by governorhorton: Has anyone had the experience of operating a home based business as a llc or inc. which is NOT mlm related?
I am looking to run a business out of my home (NOT a mlm type venture), but I am not sure which route is best: inc. or llc? What are the differences between the two? Is one more expensive than the other in regards to filing for a business? Thank you in advance for whatever advice is offered.

depends on ur state laws
deoends on ur business model
depends on business liablity.
most cases llc and inc only make money for lawyers.
most business models can buy enough liablity to cover problems.
asking a lawyer if you need a llc / inc =s asking a dog if it is hungery. 😉
