Question by Cloe’s Mom!!!: What are the laws regarding sales tax on an “service based” online business?
My online business wouldn’t actually ship a product or mail anyone anything. It’s simply a membership fee and service. How would I handle the online taxes? Would I have to pay each state? I’ve heard that some states don’t have sales tax on internet businesses. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

“Sales tax” is on tangible goods, not services.
