I’m looking to start an online business advertising homes for rent in my area.?
The website will feature pictures and contact information for the property. I will be dealing directly with the homeowner. Are there any legalities I need to know about this before beginning my new business venture?
If I go to the house to take pictures is that considered crossing over?

Don’t expect to earn income from listing homes – your income will come from ADVERTISERS (Local) – who want extra exposure via your web site. (By the way – all advertising must be paid in advance – just like newspapers do it) Good Luck!
