I have a home based computer business, do I need a business license? I am in the State of MASSACHUSETTS. I am looking to incorporate to a LLC as well, would I need a business license?

Call your local town clerkand ass her hte questions you have also call the small business administration – between them you’ll get most of your answers answered but In assachusetts you need a license to take your trash out so I would assume you probably do and it probably costs 2,000 a year and 500 extra if you’re late.
