Can I operate an online business in a building zoned for factory/industrial?

Question by AJ: Can I operate an online business in a building zoned for factory/industrial?
I am starting an online business and looking to rent a space (a converted loft) in a building zoned for “Industrial Business”. Are there any legal problems with that since the online business is not industrial?
