Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any advice about using a phone answering service for an online business.
I’m interested in outsourcing this part of my work as I am not able to answer calls all day. I’m looking information about cost, benefits and implications of using an answering service.
If anyone has any experience and could offer advice, that would be much appreciated.

when i have called and received one of these
companies on the other end, it becomes a
nightmare. most are not very effective.
i recommend test them out, and listen to the
reply. pretend your a customer//caller looking
for your office. do random calls, after you buy the service, and change firms if needed.
