Question by kurtiz_j: Licenses required to start an (online) business in Texas?
I am starting an e-commerce retail-type store, and I live in Texas.
I have already obtained an Employer Identification Number from the IRS, and also I have filled out the papers for my LLC to be Incorporated as a Corporation.
I need to know: What tax information do I fill out? Do I need more licenses to operate an ONLINE business? Does Texas charge sales tax on items sold online?

I don’t think you need a license to sell online, no. You need all the documents you wouldnt need for a “real-world” store though.
