I want to make my own online cupcake business and I want it up and running for over the summer. I want to know what I have to do to make one. I know I have to make a website. I will be using my kitchen to make the cupcakes. Is there anything else I need to do?

Get a shopping cart for that website, and pay pal at a minimum to process payments
-maybe the square app for an iphone to charge in person
-a subscription to entrepreneur magazine
– a visit to SBA.gov
-Maybe a Business plan (see sba.gov)
-an analysis of your competition
-maybe a twitter handle, facebook, pinterest, and other social media campaign
commercial baking equipment
-a killer brand name, logo, and business image
-great loyal dependable employees
-courage
