I was thinking, the other day, about starting up my own business.
Selling merchandise, music and other such things.
I’m going to make it an online business as well in order to gain more customers but also having a store would be good too.
So what would you recommend for the business structure?
A sole proprietorship?
Or maybe a Partnership?
Or something else?

Dear Rhinestone!
I would recommend LLC or Corporation. LLC is easier to handle paperwork wise than a corporation
and both “dont bring the sorrow home” if something goes wrong i.e.
not all of your assets are at risk if you have a LLC or CORP, but they are with sole propriotorship and
Partnerships.
