Hello there, I want to know if I have been running an online business selling web templates for 6 months and have not registered my business in the state I live in, can I register now and will everything be okay? or will there be some kind of penalty?

You normally won’t be penalized for registering late. In some states you have one year to do it. The penalty if you’re caught will be a late tax penalty.
