Question by Nooray: How to answer bad feedbacks about my products?
I run a small home-based clothing business, once the products (the clothing) is delivered, my clients can email me to let me know about their feedbacks. Of course there are the good ones as well as the bad ones. What I want to know is that how do I answer the bad feedbacks? Or how do I cope up with the feedbacks in which the client says I’m disappointed? What should I offer the client to compensate for it?

Okay with all that being saiid. You have to understand some bad feedback is good. Reply back with a thank you i will keep that mind in the next product line and so on. If its a complaint about something you did wrong just give them a credit to buy something else. You dont want o give money back is the key. Unless its really your fault.
