Question by Nooray: How to answer bad feedbacks about my products?
I run a small home-based clothing business, once the products (the clothing) is delivered, my clients can email me to let me know about their feedbacks. Of course there are the good ones as well as the bad ones. What I want to know is that how do I answer the bad feedbacks? Or how do I cope up with the feedbacks in which the client says I’m disappointed? What should I offer the client to compensate for it?

If you are ta;king about selling on eBay you can go to the very bottom of most eBay pages and click on (site map ) and click (respond to feedback). Maybe you should ask the client that is disappointed how you can make them happy.
