I’m starting a small home based business. Nothing big I’m going to tie die baby clothes and sell them on ebay and out of as many stores as I can find.
I live in an appartment and asked if this was ok, They said it’s fine as long as I don’t have people coming and going, or have company vehicles coming and going (which I won’t) They said I have to submit something in writing and have it approved but they dont have a form. Does anyone know of a site where I can find one or even a template to write it myself. Or what to write if I have to do it from scratch? Thank.

They are likely only talking about your business license. They would need a copy of it.
