Question by gene82001: What do I need to start an online and phone based sales training business?
I want to outsource most all funtions for my online based business–web site creation, administrative functions, etc. I want to be focused on creating the content and selling the service. I also want to focus on building the relationships with companies that can help me find customers. I want to leverage techonology as much as possible–Podcasts, blogs, video messages, etc. I have over 10 years selling technology in Silicon Valley. I want to focus on helping people learn the strategies involved in selling technology to companies.
