If you already have an LLC and the company is doing the same thing, just adding internet prescence, no.
If your internet business is completely different than what your LLC is doing, you may want to at least DBA your online biz.
Since you ask this question I am assuming you do not have a CPA. You should get an actual cpa to help take care of your books and taxes.
Also, your online biz, you wanna research what the comptroller says about sales tax.
Ive been audited by the IRS like 8 times, never a worry and always came out on top.
Been to a meeting with the comptroller like 5 times, always scared and worried. Never had a real problem because everything was clean, but the comptroller can mess your life up if everything isnt correct (if everything isnt correct with your sales tax.)

Ask your cpa, if your online biz is kinda related but slightly different from your current biz, you may want to DBA anyway and register a different sales tax ID with TX.
not too hard, not as hard as going LLC.
