Well hopefully it’s the same there as it is where I am from. You have to go down to City Hall/Town Hall whatever you may call it and apply there for the license. They should have a whole department dedicated to that and they will have all the paperwork for you to fill out and they can tell you what else you need to get started. I work at City Hall in my city so this should be how things work there as well hopefilly.
