I wanna start an online business, but how. I wanna sell things girls (like myself) would like, kinda like makeup bags, cell phone cases ect. but how please give me some steps to start.

you may want to google and see what are the thing people are looking to buy first so you can have some indication what is on demand and what are not.
another place to explore is eBay – to see what people are buying and selling.
for a start, make sure you do not over-commit yourself.
