Question by : What kind of licensing do I need for an online business?
I’m doing a school project and am having a bit of trouble with the research and my teacher is an idiot and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. This project is what decides if I graduate high school or not so I’m freaking out and could REALLY use some help.
What kind of licensing do I need for an online business and where would I get it?
Any other tips and advice anyone can give is also greatly appreciated.

License and permit requirements are determined by the type of business (what you’re selling, the fact that it’s online), the structure of the business (LLC, corporation, sole proprietorship), and your state, county, and city requirements.
