I would like to expand my business, by allowing direct sales reps to sell, and have home parties. I am not sure how to go about doing this. I have my website, and products, etc, but what do I need to set up to begin a direct sales portion of my business? Do I need a catalog of some type, or just in stock products? How do I detemine benefits that representatives will get? Help

If they do house parties, you shouldn’t need a full catalog. Just an order sheet, and have the person doing the party have them fill out the order sheet. Have it be commission based, and they shouldn’t get benefits. Base the commission on the profit you make.
