I am so keen to start up my own online business. All I want to know is about the laws and rules for setting up an online business as a private company.

if its a proprietership, then you need to register your business name unless you use your own name, set up a business bank account, check with your government to see if you are required by law to have any paperwork/certification to sell or buy what you wish. Last but not least, make sure it’s legal.
As for a tip, keep ALL your records.
