That’s been my mentality pretty much all my life.
Growing up, if I really wanted to do something, I’d figure out ways to get around the obstacles and do it.
This mentality got me in to a lot of trouble in high school.
But as an entrepreneur, it’s been tremendously helpful. You are very likely the same way.
Every entrepreneur has to have this outlook if they want to succeed.
“No matter what gets put in front of me… I’ll find a way to go around it, over it, or under it – one way or another, I’ll find a way.”
Not everyone is like us though. Most people have an attitude of, ‘unfortunately, there’s no solution here, because that’s just the way things are.’
But there’s always a way to get things done. The lesson here is simple; even when everyone is saying you can’t do something,
you should never take their word at face value.
What most people believe is the reality, and what actually is the reality, are often two very different things.
You and I, as entrepreneurs, must see things the way they ought to be, and then go about finding the ways to get the task done.
