Question by : Does a home based business need business licenses?
I live in Missouri and am thinking about starting a home based pc repair and upgrade business. Including spyware and virus removal and such. What does one need as far as making it a legit operation with the city. federal, and or state licenses.

No you don’t need license if you want to start a home business.
my suggestion is get your home business online. Yes online and reach great resource from worldwide for your customer.
you can sell some pc, services and you can also joint to affiliate to sell their product.
