Question by dtingley95: When starting a home based business, like making soap,, etc. what are the laws for using recipes off the web?
I want to start a home based business for selling homemade soaps, shampoos, conditioners, facial creams, lotions, and the like, and I need to get recipes to first know how to exactly do it. I know there has to be some law for plagiarism of recipes, but I don’t know what they are and if you modify them if it still counts as plagiarism? Please help, I can’t seem to find what I am looking for.

There are several steps to follow or you will definately get audited. If that happens, youre in trouble because they can completely shut you down. First you need to hook the co-ax into the unit. Then you have to drain the film from the filter. After that, you want to reset the timer to 30, but BE CAREFUL!!! If you go past 32, you could blow the whole thing up! Very lastly, make sure to lock the pinsnip, or it will go everywhere!!!! Hope this helps!!
