Question by minu329: How to proceed legally with online business in state of Georgia?
I’m working on to open online retail business from home in state of Georgia. I have “occupational tax permit” from my city. I also have federal tax id. What else I need? State business license for online retail? State tax id? resale certificate? If so, where can I get all this licenses and permits? Please help me.
